Shape your cheese into balls or make one large batch to slice up and put on your pizza or caprese salad. This kit also comes with a bonus recipe to make your own Fresh Ricotta in the same amount of time! All you have to do is provide your own animal milk.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Lasts up to 5 years. For maximum shelf life, store rennet in the freezer. Rennet will last 3 years at room temperature. All other ingredients are to be kept at room temperature.

I do not think this is beginner beginner friendly. I think you have to know sooooome very important parts to cooking and working with rennets before trying to execute this alone. I think this would be great to do with someone who knows how to actually make cheese by scratch. I am not knocking out this DIY kit at all as I think this was very fun to work on but will not be doing this alone again. Going to go back and add another rennet and see if theres any way that I could activate this cheese now! chow!

I never actually got this product to work. I couldn’t find anywhere that sold non homogenized milk. Unfortunately the cheese never creates a solid without it. I tried twice and just never actually got cheese.
