It's a Christmas gift, so I was a little disappointed that the kit didn't come in a box as shown on your advertising.

Enjoyed my first batch

Made my first wheel of cheddar, followed the instructions and it went without a hitch. One suggestion, if a person was to add Annatto it should be indicated at which point the Annatto should be added. I would suggest checking out a YouTube video just to familiarize yourself with the process and the instruction booklet will be easier to follow.

Customer Service Much Appreciated

I received my cheese making kit today. Thank you SO much for taking the time to reach out & make this right. I really didn't expect it to get resolved since so much time had passed...I assumed a porch pirate took my delivery. I really, really appreciate the wonderful customer service from you, which sadly doesn't exist much anymore. Again, thank you for your time & effort, it did not go unnoticed.

First time making cheese was a fun learning experience!

My kit arrived missing the rennet tabs, but they mailed them out to me quickly with great customer service.

Made my first wheel of cheddar and it turned out great. Clear your schedule because it takes the better part of a day to get to pressing.
The recipe was a lot to take in, and for a while I was worried that I over-salted the cheese, having tasted a curd before pressing and it was A LOT, but the salt comes out with the whey during pressing so don't panic.

I learned a lot about controlling milk temperature, and when the instruction book says to make sure you put your weights on a solid flat piece of wood, they aren't kidding. The chip in my kitchen tile can attest to that.
Also, including the wire to do horizontal curd cuts was a brilliant idea. Can't wait to make more!

Im surprised at how easy

Im surprised at how easy and fun it was to make. I was expecting a more difficult process. But I will look at getting a chhese press to finish my remaining cheeses, 3 cases of bottled water as a press needs to be replaced lol. Thanks
